#Kochadaiiyaan Audio release date! #ARRahman #Superstar #Rajinikanth #DeepikaPadukone
As reported earlier, Superstar Rajinikanth’s mega budget, motion capture picture, Kochadaiiyaan is all set to release on the 11th of April.
Having released a single from the movie, ‘Enge Pogutho Vaanam’ in December, the album was expected to release this month. We now hear from the film’s public relations company that the audio launch is being planned for February 28th 2014.
This much anticipated album is AR Rahman’s first release this year that comes after his musical blockbuster Maryan in 2013.
Meanwhile, Kochadaiiyaan is a Soundarya Rajinikanth Ashwin directorial and has story by KS Ravikumar. Deepika Padukone pairs up with Rajinikanth for the first time and the film also has Nasser, Sarath Kumar, Shobana, Jackie Shroff, Aadhi and Rukmini doing pivotal roles.
#Bala and #Mysskin join hands
In 2005, director Bala started his production venture, B studios and co-produced the Suriya starrer Maayavi, along with Kalaipuli Thanu. After that the director made a comeback as a producer in 2013, with his own movie, Paradesi.
We hear that the director is now planning to produce two movies every year. Putting that plan into action, Bala has apparently picked a man with a similar taste for his next production venture.
Known for his dark and gritty films, director Mysskin, post the critically acclaimed Onaiyum Aatukuttiyum has reportedly come up with a script that has caught the attention of Bala. The Paradesi director seems all set to produce the film under his banner, B Studios, we hear.
It must also be noted that Bala in a recent interview observed Mysskin as Tamil Cinema’s treasure and said that Onaiyum Aatukuttiyum broke him to tears.
Now, isn’t that a big news! Wait for an official confirmation.
#Arrambam - Another Century for #Thala
Ajith's Arrambam hits the 100 day mark today and once again it is proved Ajith and Vishnu is a solid combo at the box office. Comparing to all other Diwali releases Arrambam had a huge lead and in fact Arrambam is the biggest grosser in Ajith's career.
The film did awesome business in all locations including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka ,overseas and also a decent business in Andhra which made it as a super hit venture for the producer AM Ratnam.
Arrambam can be termed as a comeback film for AM Ratnam and with the terrific success of Arrambam , now A M Ratnam is producing another film with Ajith which will be directed by Gautham Menon.

The beginning of #Ajith - #GauthamMenon #Thala55
AM Rathnam, the producer of Arrambam was in Shirdi Sai temple recently to offer his prayers, before the start of his next big venture- the Ajith- Gautham Menon project. Our sources inform us that the film will go on floors on 24th February.
Actress Anushka will reportedly pair opposite Ajith in the movie and we hear AR Rahman, who is also composing for the Simbu-Gautham Menon project, will score for this mega budget venture too.
Gautham Menon recently announced that an official statement carrying the details of the project can be expected next week.
So sit tight… There are some exciting details coming soon…
#Samantha to work with two big stars at the same time
Actor Vijay's upcoming film with renowned director A.R.Murugdoss is expected to start soon. Predominant part of the shoot of the film is expected to take place in Kolkata. It is worth remembering the actor-director duo's first outing Thupakki , the blockbuster film of the year 2012 was shot entirely in Mumbai.
Young actress Samantha's name has been doing the rounds as the likely heroine of this mega budget film, and now an official press release from the team has confirmed the same.
Samantha who has not had a Tamil release for the whole of last year is currently working with Surya in the film Anjaan directed by Lingusamy. Now she will also be acting with Vijay and Murugdoss another massive actor-director combo.
Both the films are expected to release within 2014 and that will make this year a memorable one for this pretty lass whose last tamil film was Gautham Menon directed Neethane En Ponvasantham that ended as a box office failure.

The release of #AahaKalyanam has been postponed
The much famed Yash Raj Films are making their foray into Kodambakkam through Aaha Kalyanam which is the remake of their Hindi film Band Baaja Baaraat starring Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma. Aaha Kalyanam is simultaneously being made in Tamil and Telugu with Nani and Vaani Kapoor as leads. Both the versions are directed by Gokul Krishna.
Aaha Kalyanam was scheduled to hit the screens this Friday on the 7th of February along with Pannaiyaarum Padminiyum and Pulivaal. However the release has been pushed to 21st February 2014. Perhaps the arrival of three hugely expected films next week in the form of Nimirndhu Nil, Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal and J K Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai may have contributed to the change in release plans.
Meanwhile, the final day shoot of Aaha Kalyanam concluded with a few patch-up shots, filmed on Nani and Vaani in a posh bungalow in Chennai.
Nani goes on a nostalgic trip about this film which he treasures very close to his heart.
"It was an absolute pleasure working with Vaani, she is full of energy and very professional too . There were many days when we shot in humid conditions with plenty of lights illuminated to enhance the 'Colorful' film. The strenuous dance movements in those hard conditions would have made even the strongest fragile, but Vaani was as fresh as she was in the first shot. With her Filmfare award in her kitty already, she is bound to capture the imaginations of the Tamil audience. Director Gokul Krishna is one of my most adored directors to date, he knows what he wants and doesn't give up unless he gets it. How can I conclude my opinion on 'Aaha Kalyanam' without my reference on Yash Raj Films. I grew up watching the romance of Yash Chopra ji and it is indeed a pride to work for that banner. In fact I had learnt a lot from Y R F in this film, be it the casting, planning or promotions" , the young handsome hero signed off.
