Si3 aka Singam 3 Review
As we all know that the first 2 movies of Singam Franchise were already a big hit in the Kollywood town. The third installation of the Singam Franchise released today. Does it hold the pace of the first two? Let's see.....
Plot :
After the successful completion of Mayilvaganam and Danny cases.Durai Singam is invited by Andhra goverment to resolve the murder case of their police comissioner which leds him to find out a biggest crime happening there. He takes charge to arrest who're all behind this. Will he succeeded in that. The movie answers the rest.
For the question in the beginning. Does, it hold the pace of the first two movies? Yes. It did. Also, it is more engaging than Singam 2.
Casting :
Suriya, as usual the kingpin of the movie as like the previous movies, he lived the character Durai Singam. He scores in each everything such as action, style, dialogue delivery etc. Anuskha continues her role in this movie too, but this time as Mrs Durai Singam. She used for some scenes in the first half and for the song. Shruthi Hassan joins the crew who also doesn't have much scope as like Anuskha as this movie deals totally with Surya and the Villains. There are 2 villians in which the main one Thakur Anoop Singh did good jobin this movie. Other characters won't stay much on your mind.
Technical :
Editor V.T. Vijayan did a great job with crisp edit which keeps the movie engaging in the second half. Harris changed his way of BGM in the movie to keep up the cliches of the first 2 movies which worked good. Cinematographer Priyan also shows a colorful visuals with his camera.
Direction :
As usual Hari worked really hard with the screenplay and direction department and handled them brilliantly. Dialogues are the major plus for the movie which shows the pride of India and Police department. Kudos to him.
Negatives :
Songs are slowing the movie pace. Soori comedy tracks are making audience irritating which Hari still needs to work. Some logical loop holes in the movie makes you think as of in many other commercial movies.
To say, Si3 is an another good work of the Singam team and sure it'll be the first hit of 2017 if it won't gets affected by the current TN political situation.
Overall : One more star in the crown of Surya-Hari Combo and Hari proved once again as he's the one among the best commercial director these days.

Prabhu Deva's next is ready to roll on!!
Prabhu Deva, who got back to Kollywood as an actor with Vijay’s Devi has reportedly signed his next, which is said to be action comedy film.
Sources close to us inform that the Indian Michael Jackson is most likely to pair up with Catherine Tresa for this movie. Debut director Arjun, (associate of ‘Mundasupatti’ Ram) will apparently be at the helm. The title of this film is rumored to be ‘Yung Mung Sung,' and the film will deal about martial arts.
An official announcement regarding this is awaited from the team.
Important Update on Vijay 61
Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 61 film to be directed by Atlee had updated it's Cast and Crew.
The untitled movie is going to be produced by Sri Thenandal Films which is expected to be this year's Diwali Feast having Samantha, Jothika, Kajal Agarwal, Sathyaraj, Vadivelu as their stars and the music of the movie is going to be composed by Oscar Winner A.R.Rahman.
With the bigger star casts, the movie is about to get on floors from February First week and we'll keep you guys posted with updates soon.
Nayanthara's Dora is all set to release.
Lady Superstar Nayanthara starring thriller movie Dora completed it's shooting and the post production works are going in full swing.
Now we heard from the sources as the movie is planned to be released on 03 March.
Along with Nayanthara, the movie also having Thambi Ramaiah, Harish Utthaman and other in it. Directed by Dass Ramasamy with the music of Duo Vivek-Merwin.

#AdhikRavichandran dream to direct #Thala #Ajith
With his recently released venture ‘Trisha ileana Nayantara’ doing well in the box office, Director Adhik Ravichandran reveals that he is a great fan of Actor Ajith. It’s indeed surprising that the film which was made at a small budget of 2.5 crores has managed to make a collection that has grossed more than 13 crores.
Adhik who is currently working on his next, reveals that this project will be a full fledged action drama and that he hopes against hope that Thala will agree to star in the same. It’s a well known fact that Ajith doesn’t mind giving a chance to débutantes unless and otherwise the script is sound and charming, looks like Adhik does stand a chance! Way to go!
